Party Guidelines
- $50 deposit is required. We accept cash, check or credit card. Personal checks will not be accepted for final payment.
- Refunds will only be given up to 14 days prior to the party date.
- Minimum party size is 10 guests.
- Attractions must be chosen when booked.
- Substitutions are not allowed with the exception of inclement weather.
- One host per 20 children, number of guests must be confirmed 4 days in advance to guarantee the correct number of hosts, tables and tokens.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your guests.
- Party tables and hosts are yours for the first hour of the party unless otherwise noted.
- Other than cake, no outside food or snacks is permitted.
- We will bag your presents for you to open at home.
- We recommend booking a minimum of 2 weeks in advance.
- Due to other scheduled parties, times cannot be changed on the day of your party. Please be prompt!
- Seating is only guaranteed for children.
- Heights and age restrictions apply to all attractions.
- All information is subject to change and availability.
- Gratuities are not included in the party price, they are at your option.
- Party Room is not exclusive unless the party size is 75 or more.
- Prices do not include Sales Tax or Gratuity
- Use of facilities is not exclusive but birthday party guests will go to the front of the line for rides.
